Have space in your workplace to move back the desks and throw down some yoga mats at lunchtime or to connect with your team while they work from home? Bring the benefits of yoga to your work force with these convenient bespoke classes brought to your door. An advanced 6 week block booking is recommended for maximum benefit. A minimum of 5 participants is required. Mats and props provided.
